Scholarship Application 

2)     Type a 500 word essay on how you plan to give back to a particular community of people in the area of your selected major.

3)     Have (1) official transcripts from each institution or last institution attended, depending on the scholarship requirements.

       High School Seniors must request for the College Board to send ACT/SAT test scores to the Foundation 

4)    Mail the complete application, essay and official transcript to the below address:

Fall Semester: June 6th Postmarked
Spring Semester: November 14th Postmarked 





Notes:  All selected applicants will be notified by email and receive an award acceptance letter in the mail.

At least one scholarship will be awarded annually for $100 - $200 to a student enrolled at an accredited University or College.
